Vect-Horus SAS, a developer of molecular vectors, has appointed Claudia Fromond as director of research and development to support the advance of the French biotech’s technology and external collaborations. Dr Fromond brings over 20 years’ experience and has overseen programmes from discovery to investigational new drug applications and early clinical development. Previous roles include head of translational research and clinical biomarkers at Advesya, director of preclinical and translational medicine at OSE Immunotherapeutics, and director of pharmacology at Ablynx-Sanofi. She holds a PhD in cellular and molecular biology from the Institut Pasteur, Paris, France. Vect-Horus’ vectors are designed to facilitate targeting and delivery of therapeutic or imaging agents to organs, including the brain.   

Vect-Horus announced the appointment on 10 March 2026.
