Anthony Giovinazzo, an experienced life sciences executive, has joined the board of directors of Valo Therapeutics Oy of Finland which is developing tissue specific vaccines for cancer. Mr Giovinazzo is a chartered director and audit committee certified executive who led the specialty pharma company Cynapsus Therapeutics Inc for seven years up to its acquisition by Sunovion Pharmaceuticals Inc in 2016. He is currently chief executive of Red Granite Merchant Banking & Advisory in Toronto, Canada.
Valo Therapeutics announced the appointment on 27 June 2022.
