Trophos SA of France has appointed Christine Placet to the position of chief executive officer with a mandate to seek strategic partnerships for the company’s clinical-stage products in the areas of neurology and cardiology. Ms Placet was previously chief financial officer. She has more than 25 years of experience in finance and business management including working as an auditor for Ernst & Young.
Trophos announced the appointment on 12 June 2012.
