Stephan Rietiker, chairman of the healthcare consultancy, AurigaVision AG, has been appointed chairman of the board of directors of BioCeramic Therapeutics Ltd, a UK biomaterials company. Dr Rietiker trained as a medical doctor at the University of Zurich Medical School before moving on to a career in industry which has included executive positions at Roche Pharma International and Boehringer Mannheim International. He founded AurigaVision AG in 2006 to advise and sometimes help finance promising young life science companies.
