Ardena Holding NV, a specialist pharmaceutical CDMO and bioanalytical CRO, has appointed Ariane de Ganck as chief scientific officer. She will lead science and technology, project management and CMC regulatory affairs. Since joining the Belgium-based company in 2019, Dr de Ganck oversaw its drug product operations, led the acquisition and integration of the Ardena Pamplona site, and supported expansion into aseptic fill and finish services.
Most recently she was Ardena’s chief commercial officer, and will bring scientific, operational and commercial leadership to her new role. Prior to joining Ardena, Dr de Ganck worked at Biogazelle, a CRO in biomarker discovery and diagnostics. She holds a PhD in biomedical sciences from VIB-UGent, Belgium.
Ardena announced the appointment on 1 June 2026.
