Simmons and Simmons LLP, the international law firm, has appointed Pamela Kirby as a non-executive board member. She is an expert in biopharmaceuticals.
Ms Kirby was previously chief executive of Quintiles Transnational Corp (USA) and has worked for Roche, British Biotech Plc and Astra.
