Siddharth Kaul has joined the board of directors at Immunocore Holdings Plc as a non-executive director and a member of the audit and remuneration committees. Mr Kaul is former group treasurer and head of business planning and analysis at Novartis where he led the company’s strategic review and spin-off of the Alcon eye care business.
Immunocore announced the appointment on 9 June 2022.
