Sareum Holdings Plc has appointed Giorgio Reggiani as finance director following the retirement of Edward Oliver. Mr Reggiani is a chartered management accountant with 17 years of experience in company finance including holding positions at Esprit Capital Partners LLP, Vidus Limited and Mobile Systems International Plc.
He assumed the finance job on 30 June 2007 and was expected to join the company’s board of directors by October.
Sareum is a drug discovery company based in Cambridge, UK. It was incorporated in 2003, having been spun out from Millennium Pharmaceuticals. The company was listed on the London Stock Exchange’s Alternative Investment Market in October 2004.
