Russell Greig, a former executive of GSK Plc, has been appointed non-executive chair of Nucleome Therapeutics Ltd, a UK company investigating the dark matter of the human genome to find new way to treat disease. At GSK, Dr Greig was president of the international pharmaceuticals division and a member of GSK’s corporate execute team. He was also president of SR One, GSK’s corporate venture capital group. Currently Dr Greig holds board positions at a number of biopharma companies. Dr Greig has a BSc and PhD in biochemistry from the University of Manchester in the UK.

Nucleome Therapeutics announced the appointment on 6 September 2023.
