Russell Banks, formerly European finance director at Cephalon Inc, has become chief financial officer of Ark Therapeutics Group Plc, a specialist UK healthcare group. Mr Banks succeeds David Bowyer who has stepped down from the position in order to return to his home country, Zimbabwe, to take on a senior role at a major Zimbabwean company.
