The Acrobot Company Ltd, which specialises in precision surgical systems, has appointed Rob Sawyer as director of business development. Mr Sawyer was previously a manager at Tissue Science Laboratories Ltd.
Founded in 1999, Acrobot is a spin-out of Imperial College London. The company’s products focus on the application of computer science and mechanical, electrical and electronics engineering to surgery.
