The closely-held Liechtenstein company, Pantec Biosolutions AG, has appointed Burkhard Feurstein and Michael Armbruester to its board of directors. Pantec develops technologies for transdermal drug delivery.
Mr Feurstein is director of finance at Gamma Capital Partners, a venture capital investment company. Previously, he was managing director of the Vienna-based, Invest Equity, specialising in early-stage technology companies. He has an M.S. degree in theoretical physics from the Vienna Technical University.
Mr Armbruester is the founder of JB Commodities which specialises in physical commodity trading and financial futures. He graduated from the University of Evansville in the US in 1986 with a Bachelor of Science degree in international business.
