Oxford BioMedica Plc has appointed Alex Lewis as director of corporate activities and strategy. As a result, Dr Lewis will resign from the board, where he was chairman of the remuneration committee. He will be replaced in that role by Dr. Paul Blake.
Dr Lewis was previously was head of partnering and due diligence at Wood MacKenzie.
