OncoOne GmbH has formed a scientific advisory board (SAB) to support the biotech’s modular platform, PreTarg-it, for radionuclide therapies. The SAB members include: Danielle Meyrick, PhD, MD, a clinician, radiopharmaceutical chemist and biotech executive, who has held chief medical officer roles at ITM Radiopharma, Telix Pharmaceuticals and AdvanCell; and Hakim Bouterfa, Dr. rer. physiol., a life sciences entrepreneur, scientist and biotechnology executive whose positions have included chief medical officer at Eckert & Ziegler, co-founder and CEO of Pentixapharm, founder and managing director of Octreopharm, and global medical director for oncology at Novartis.
Michael Freissmuth, MD, an inaugural member of OncoOne’s SAB, is a former director of the Center of Physiology & Pharmacology as well as the chairman of the Institute of Pharmacology at the Medical University in Vienna, Austria. He is also on the SAB of the Institut Cochin de Génétique Moléculaire in Paris, France.
