Lytix Biopharma ASA has appointed Timothy F. Herpin as chief business officer (CBO) to lead the immuno-oncology company’s global business development and partnering activities. Dr Herpin brings more than 25 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and biotechnology business development. Prior to joining Lytix, Dr Herpin founded Anza Advisors, where he provided CBO services to biotechnology companies. He was also previously CBO of Santa Ana Bio, contributing to raise a $125 million Series B financing, and of Caribou Biosciences, where he helped shape strategy for a portfolio of allogeneic CAR T cell therapies.
Lytix Biopharma announced the appointment on 18 August 2026.
