Molecular Partners AG has appointed Jörn Aldag, the current chief executive officer of Evotec AG, as chairman of its boards of directors.
Based in Zurich-Schlieren, Switzerland, Molecular Partners develops designed ankyrin repeat proteins, known as DARPins.
Evotec, which is based in Hamburg, Germany, develops products for the central nervous system and recently acquired Renovis Inc, a San Francisco, California-based biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of drugs for pain and inflammatory diseases.
