The London law firm, Fasken Martineau LLP, has announced the appointment of Jeremy Morton as a partner, effective 6 October 2008. Mr Morton is joining the intellectual property team at the firm. He was formerly a partner at Simmons & Simmons where he advised clients on intellectual property and data protection issues.
