Jens Holstein, managing director of Fresenius Kabi Deutschland GmbH, has been appointed chief financial officer of MorphoSys AG, succeeding Dave Lemus, who has held the position since 1998. Mr Lemus is stepping down to pursue other opportunities. Mr Holstein will take up the CFO position on 1 May 2011. In addition to being a managing director of Fresenius, Mr Holstein has been regional CFO for Europe and the Middle East for Fresenius Kabi AG. Prior to joining Fresenius in 1995, he spent six years in the consulting industry in Frankfurt and London.
