Ipsen, the specialty pharmaceutical company, has made Gérard Picot its new Vice President of Global Regulatory Affairs. Mr Picot replaces William Jones, who has retired. He will work with regulatory teams in Paris, Slough, UK and Boston, Massachusetts.
