Hikma Pharmaceuticals Plc has appointed Rebecca Hall as chief financial officer and executive director effective in the first quarter of 2027. Ms Hall is joining Hikma from ViiV Healthcare, a specialist HIV pharmaceutical company majority owned by GSK, where she is senior vice president and CFO. She brings more than 20 years of experience from ViiV Healthcare and GSK, spanning pharmaceuticals and consumer products.
Ms Hall holds a BSc in economics from the University of Durham, UK. As Hikma CFO, she will join the board and succeed Khalid Nabilsi who will continue in his role as deputy CEO, North America and Europe. Areb Kurdi will be acting CFO until Ms Hall joins Hikma.
Hikma Pharmaceuticals announced the appointment on 24 September 2026.
