Helsinn Healthcare SA, a Switzerland-based manufacturer of treatments to support patients with cancer and chronic diseases, has appointed a new chief executive officer and reshaped its executive team. Riccardo Braglia is the new CEO, and was previously the executive chairman of Helsinn Group. He succeeds Melanie Rolli, who over three years navigated a turnaround at Helsinn, which celebrates its 50th anniversary this year. Gabriele Braglia has been appointed chief business officer and deputy CEO to drive worldwide commercial initiatives and corporate development. The new executive team includes Roberta Cannella as chief operating officer, Konrad Wilson as chief financial officer and Andrea Pontiggia as chief commercial officer.
Helsinn Healthcare announced the appointments on 13 January 2026.
