Hansa Biopharma AB has named Shannon Campbell and Gregory Perry to its board effective 22 September until the end of the next annual general meeting. Both are former senior executives at Merus, which was acquired by Genmab, and will support execution of strategy and creation of long-term value at the Sweden-based biopharma.
Ms Campbell brings commercial and product-launch experience in the US and, prior to Merus, held senior commercial positions at Novartis and Bayer AG. Mr Perry, formerly chief financial officer of Merus, brings expertise in finance, governance and strategic transactions.
Hansa Biopharma announced the appointments on 24 September 2026.
