MorphoSys AG said that Gerald Möller has been re-appointed as chairman of the company’s supervisory board at the annual meeting of shareholders on 14 May 2008. In addition, Daniel Camus, Metin Colpan and Geoffrey Vernon were also reappointed to the board.
Dr Möller is a member of the supervisory boards of nine other companies and is managing director of HBM BioCapital Management GmbH.
