Genetix appoints Stephen Game as head of R&D

The Genetix Group Plc, a London-listed, diagnostic company, has appointed Stephen Game as head of research and development, a newly created position.

Dr Game will be joining Genetix on 3 November 2008 from GE Healthcare Life Sciences where he is a technology manager in cellular science. He held a number of senior roles at Amersham BioSciences, including supervising a staff of 35 in the department of molecular cell biology, before GE acquired Amersham.

Dr Game holds a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Bath.
