Oxford Genome Sciences (UK) Ltd (OGeS) has announced the addition of Christopher Hibberd to its board of directors as of 21 November. Mr Hibberd, currently chief executive officer of Astute Medical, Inc, has over 15 years of experience in business strategy and corporate development. Prior to joining Astute Medical, Mr Hibberd was senior vice president for corporate development at Biosite Incorporated, OGeS’s development partner for cancer diagnostics based on the company’s Oxford Genome Anatomy Project (OGAP) protein database. OGeS was founded in 2004 and focuses on the development of targeted medicines for oncology.
