Bavarian Nordic A/S has appointed Heidi Hunter as vice chair of the board following the appointment in November 2025 of Anne Louise Eberhard as chair. Ms Hunter has been a board member since 2023 and is a former president of Cardinal Health as well as a former executive of UCB and Boehringer Ingelheim. The board of the Danish vaccine company is continuing a search for a couple of candidates to be nominated for election at the annual general meeting in April 2026.
