Andrew Jones, a former Barclays Bank executive, has joined the board of Atlantic Healthcare Plc as a non-executive director to help manage the company’s specialist pharma business. He brings more than 25 years of international capital markets experience to the job.
Concurrently, Atlantic announced the retirement of Thomas Wellner, chairman of the board, and his replacement on an interim basis by Andrew Boyce.
Atlantic Healthcare announced the board appointments on 19 February 2020.
