Addex Pharmaceuticals Ltd, the Swiss developer of small molecule agents, has appointed Laurent Massuyeau as head of business development.
Mr Massuyeau was formerly executive director of European commercial operations for Idenix Pharmaceuticals Inc, a US developer of treatments for hepatitis and HIV. He also has extensive business and marketing experience in working for Eli Lilly & Co.
Mr Massuyeau holds an MBA from INSEAD, a masters’ degree in biochemistry from the University of Medicine Paris V and a doctor of veterinary medicine from the the Nantes Veterinary School.
