Phosphate Therapeutics Ltd of the UK, which develops mineral-derived pharmaceuticals for hospitals, has appointed Sandy Eisen as a non-executive director. Dr Eisen has both regulatory and commercial pharmaceutical experience having worked in both government and as the chief medical officer at Teva Pharmaceuticals Europe. He is a medical doctor and a graduate of the University of Cambridge.
Phosphate Therapeutics announced the appointment on 3 June 2013.
