Nxera Pharma, formerly named Sosei Group, has appointed Patrick Branch as head of business development for Japan and the Asia-Pacific region. Mr Branch was previously co-head and representative director of the Japan office of LEK Consulting, where he was also a partner and senior member of the global life sciences practice. He will support Nxera’s strategy of delivering more treatments to the region covering the therapeutic areas of neurology; gastrointestinal diseases and immunology; metabolic disorders; and rare diseases.
Nxera announced the appointment on 3 April 2024.
