Optos Plc, a retinal imaging company, has appointed Rob Kennedy, currently interim chief financial officer, to the position of CFO, succeeding Louisa Burdett. Mr Kennedy joined Optos from the University of Dundee in Scotland where he was director of finance. He has an economics degree from the University of Sheffield and an MBA from the University of Manchester.
Optos announced the appointment on 16 October 2013.
