Richard Wohanka has been appointed as a non-executive director of the board of BTG Plc, a specialty pharmaceutical company. Mr Wohanka was formerly chief executive of Union Bancaire Privée Asset Management and before that, CEO of Fortis Investment Management. BTG announced the appointment on 11 December 2012.
