Oxford BioMedica Plc has announced the departure of Stuart Naylor as chief scientific officer and the appointment of Madhu Davies as the company’s chief medical officer. Dr Davies previously worked a consultant to the company. Dr Naylor joined Oxford BioMedica in 1997 as a specialist in cancer biology. He stepped down from the board of directors and the management committee on 6 June, 2013. Oxford BioMedica is developing gene-based medicines and therapeutic vaccines.
