Ken Cunningham, the former chief executive of Skyepharma Plc, has been elected non-executive chairman of Prosonix Ltd, the UK speciality pharmaceutical company. Dr Cunningham has been a non-executive director of the company since September 2011 and is also chair of its scientific advisory board. He has more than 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a strong focus on respiratory drug development and drug delivery. Prosonix has a portfolio of inhaled respiratory medicines.
The appointment was announced on 5 December 2012.
