Christoph Franz, chief executive of the Lufthansa Group, has been nominated to become chairman of Roche, succeeding Franz Humer who will not be standing for re-election. Mr Franz’s current contract with Lufthansa expires on 31 May 2014.
Roche announced the nomination on 16 September 2013.
