Isa Pharmaceuticals BV, which develops therapeutic vaccines against cancer, has appointed Nigel Crockett as its new business development director. Mr Crockett was previously commercial director at Astex Therapeutics Ltd in Cambridge, UK where he was responsible for more than 13 collaboration and licensing deals in a period of four years. Mr Crockett obtained his PhD in molecular biology from Cambridge University in 1989 and a BSc in chemistry from the University of Manchester in 1986.
