Dominique Kleyn, chief executive of London Genetics Ltd, has been elected as a new member of the UK BioIndustry Association’s board of directors. In addition, three existing members have been re-elected. They are Clive Dix, chairman of Crescendo Biologics Ltd; Andrew Heath, a non-executive director of Morvus Technology Ltd and Alan Marchington, a partner at Apposite Capital LLP. The new and re-elected board members will serve for two years from 1 January 2011.
