Cyprotex Plc of the UK has appointed Christopher Gurth Clothier as a non-executive director with a seat on the company’s audit and remuneration committees. Mr Clothier is currently investment director at IPGL Ltd, Cyprotex’s second largest shareholder with 12.08% of the company’s issued share capital. He has previously been investment director at MMC Ventures and a consultant with Roland Berger Strategy Consultants GmbH. Cyprotex is a preclinical ADME toxicology service company.
