Tolga Hassan, a former manager at Johnson Matthey Plc, has been named chief financial officer of F-Star Biotechnology Ltd, a biopharmaceutical company involved in the development of bispecific antibody products. Mr Tolga was previously division finance director at Johnson Matthey, a UK specialty chemicals company. He also worked in corporate development at that company with experience in acquisitions, divestments, joint ventures, corporate and venture financing, and licensing.
F-Star announced the appointment on 10 December 2013.
