Metrion Biosciences Ltd, an ion channel specialist which provides services to the biopharma industry, has promoted Clare Rutty to chief financial officer and appointed Sue Peffer as head of marketing, a new position, and Leanne Clarke as HR officer. Ms Rutty has strengthened Metrion’s reporting and financial controls amid solid growth in turnover and personnel and was closely involved in two equity financing rounds in 2021 and 2023. Ms Peffer has previous experience in marketing and life sciences.
