Russ Cummings, formerly chief investment officer at Imperial Innovations Group Plc, has been named chief executive officer following the departure of Susan Searle. Mr Cummings was recruited to Imperial in 2006 and since that time has sat on the boards of two of the company’s most important investments: Nexeon Ltd and Circassia Ltd.
Imperial announced the appointment on 17 July 2013.
