Raymond W. Cohen has become non-executive chairman of Lombard Medical Technologies Plc, a specialist medical technology company. Mr Cohen has held several chair and chief executive positions on the boards of both publicly-listed and private life science companies in the US and Europe. He is currently non-executive chairman of Jenavalve Technology Inc, a Munich-based developer and distributor of transcatheter aortic valve systems.
The company announced the appointment on 10 July 2013.
