Genetic Analysis AS of Norway has announced the appointment of Kari Stenersen as its new chief executive officer ahead of the company’s expected launch of a new diagnostic for intestinal disorders onto the market. Mrs Stenersen was formerly senior vice president at Axis-Shield Plc (acquired by Alere Inc). The former CEO, Morten Isaksen, is taking over the role of chief scientific officer and director of research and development.
Genetic Analysis announced the appointment on 18 February 2013.
