Immunicum AB, a Swedish company that is developing treatments for solid tumours, has hired Sijme Zeilemaker as a senior director of business development, reporting to the chief executive. Mr Zeilemaker was previously director of business development at InteRNA Technologies BV in Nijmegen, the Netherlands. Immunicum has a cell-based allogeneic technology that is currently being tested in products for the treatment of kidney cancer, liver cancer and gastrointestinal stromal tumours.
Immunicum announced the appointment on 2 March 2017.
