Orexo appoints Robin Wright as finance director

Orexo AB of Sweden has appointed Robin Wright as head of finance replacing Claes Wenthzel, who is leaving the company. Mr Wright will keep his responsibilities for overseeing business development, a position that he has held since 2008. A chartered accountant, Mr Wright has been advising large pharmaceutical companies on corporate finance and investment banking for more than 20 years. He has completed 152 corporate mergers and acquisitions and other deals including restructuring and licensing deals.
