Prof DeCherney is Professor of Medicine at the University of North Carolina and was previously president, global clinical organisation and chief innovation officer at Quintiles Transnational Corp. Prof Munir Pirmohamed is NHS Chair of Pharmacogenetics at the University of Liverpool and is a leading researcher in the area of pharmacogenetics and drug safety. London Genetics provides advice on the use of pharmacogenetics in drug discovery and development.
