Karl Keegan, formerly chief financial officer of Minster Pharmaceuticals, has been nominated to become CFO of Pharming Group NV of the Netherlands as well as a member of the company’s board of management. Dr Keegan has worked in the healthcare industry for more than 15 years, including as a biotechnology analyst at several investment banks. He holds a PhD in pharmacology from the University of Cambridge and a master’s degree in finance from the London Business School.
