Frank Condella, president and chief executive officer of Columbia Laboratories Inc, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Prosonix Ltd, a UK specialty pharmaceutical company with a portfolio of inhaled respiratory medicines. Mr Condella has more than 30 years of business experience in both privately and publicly-held companies. He was chief executive of Skyepharma Plc between 2006 and 2008, and is currently a non-executive chairman of that company. Mr Condella holds an MBA degree and a BSc degree in pharmacy from Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, US.
Prosonix announced the appointment on 1 July 2013.
