Alain Herrera, a former Sanofi SA executive, has joined the supervisory board of Nanobiotix SA, an oncology focused nanomedicine company. Dr Herrera previously headed the oncology business at Sanofi where he was successively head of the global oncology franchise and vice president for the global oncology business strategy. He has also been chairman of Chiron Therapeutics Europe and managing director at the Pierre Fabre Oncology Laboratories.
Nanobiotix announced the appointment on 13 February 2013.
