MedNous is a print publication and a website for medical entrepreneurs in Europe. The name is derived from the Greek word for knowledge – nous – and the English word, medical.
The website gathers in one place current news and reference information. Some of the information on the website is re-written and carried over into the print publication. The website is a place where medical professionals will find links to helpful organisations, such as grant funders, venture capitalists, industry associations and the like. Subscribers can look up past articles from the print publication in PDF form or even print out an entire issue. The website is also a convenient way to write a letter to the editor.
Both the print and electronic products provide information on the virtual networks of universities, public authorities and bioclusters that have been created in Europe to support life science research.
The print publication analyses complex issues that life science professionals need to understand in order to bring their research into commercial development. These issues relate to regulatory affairs, patent law, government research policy and funding. The print publication appears 10 times per year and includes news, company profiles, interviews and commentary. The information is well sourced and presented in clear, logical prose.
A single annual subscription of €438, or £299, or $599 includes both products.
MedNous is published by Evernow Publishing Ltd, which is registered in England & Wales under the number 6019186.
